Professional Experience 

Fine Line Construction Contractors Inc. 2022-Current.

Construction project manager with 3.5 years of experience overseeing the successful execution of commercial interior and exterior renovation projects. Responsible for developing project budgets, construction schedules, conducting OAC meetings, and hiring subcontractors. Manage administrative support for change orders, and coordinate RFIs and submittal responses. Ensure project execution with timelines, budgets, and safety regulations, while managing all documentation and collaborating with field personnel for efficient project delivery. Notable projects include Harry’s Restaurant in West Palm Beach, an office building for CBRE in Boca Raton, and a renovation for Vanderbilt Properties (BRIC) in Boca Raton.

February 2015 - April 2022. 

As a PGAL Associate, I served as a Job Captain and Project Designer, leading various educational and commercial projects, including parking garages, laboratory developments, and renovations for FAU labs and classrooms. I managed commercial interior renovations for courthouses and office spaces, collaborating closely with clients and interior designers. My role involved designing educational buildings, from K-12 schools to colleges and universities, where I focused on space and adjacency planning to ensure feasibility and budget compliance while considering the specific needs of the schools. I also participated in site planning and design for school parking and adhered to city and county regulations for educational and commercial projects. I contributed to several architectural design competitions that secured projects for our office, Done Soffer Aventura High School and Juaquin Garcia High School, along with other unbuilt projects like Coral Springs Charter High School and Westlake Elementary High Schools. From schematic design to complete construction documents, I ensured that project, schedules, budgets, and client expectations were met, exemplified by my work on the Institute for Health and Living in Jupiter. Utilizing Revit, I modeled projects from the schematic phase, highlighting building features in 3D and accommodating various design changes for documentation. I collaborated effectively with engineering consultants to prepare drawings and Revit models, ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code life safety requirements. Additionally I prepared models for sharing and established parameters for consultants to streamline drawing production. As a Junior Architect, I managed various commercial projects focused on facades and interior renovations. I also coordinated with multiple engineering consultants to ensure a smooth transition from the schematic design phase to construction documents. Additionally, I monitored the construction process by addressing RFIs and reviewing submittals.

InDesign Studio

2011-2012

I served as a Revit-AutoCAD drafter and assistant to the Interior Designer, managing the setup of templates and standards in Revit Architecture 2011. I coordinated our Revit projects with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams through Revit Worksharing. My responsibilities included producing the complete set of interior construction documents for hospitals in South Florida, such as Medical Center in Stuart and Bapst Cardiac and Vascular Institute in Coral Gables., I created the final interior design documents, including furniture plans, wall finishes, floor finish plans, and interior elevations, incorporating millwork drawings for nurse stations and custom desks, designed asvit Families.
